The Albert Bartlett Stadium has the 150 capacity Rowan Suite function room available for hire with fully licensed bar.


The Rowan Suite is located on the ground floor level to the north side of the main stand entrance. This suite can accommodate around 150 guests with adjacent restroom facilities and private door entrance to the suite direct from the car park. This is a fully wooden floored room with allocated dancefloor and stage area with circular cabaret seating. There is a separate buffet room adjacent to the suite.


The Rowan Suite can be hired from £250.00 with a start time from 7.00pm and a finish time of 12.00am midnight. The minimum requirement for the Rowan Suite function room is 100 persons attending. Certain event types such as 21st birthday parties would incur an additional charge of £150.00 for door stewarding.


The Albert Bartlett Stadium does not allow external catering, however, we do offer cold and hot buffet platters by prior arrangement. Pricing starts from £10.00 per person. Final catering should be confirmed a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the event date, when full payment will also be due.


The function suite can be decorated with balloons and banners. Tables are covered with black table linen as standard. Further options can be added to your event, from arrival fizz to first round drinks.


There is no resident DJ at the Stadium and therefore music/entertainment remains with the customer to arrange privately.


Returnable security deposits from £50.00 are required to confirm function bookings, deposit amount dependent on event type. Cancellation notice is 4 weeks ahead of your booking. All guests must provide ID and proof of age upon request. Closing times remain at the discretion of Management.
