Two more promising youngsters have committed to the club for the upcoming season as defender Mason Chisholm and midfielder Euan Hamilton prolong their time with the Diamonds.

19-year-old Chisholm made two first-team appearances last season, while Hamilton, who turned 18 earlier this month, was a stand-out in the U19 academy side.

Head coach John Rankin was pleased to see another two prospects tied down.

“Both of the boys caught my eye in the U19s win over Kelty Hearts last week – Mason adds presence in the backline and showed good awareness throughout, while Euan put in a solid midfield display and grabbed two good goals.

“Again, the lads know it’s a big step up to the first team, but they’ll be working had to earn their involvement.”
