We are pleased to announce the signing of former Rangers defender Adam Devine.

22-year-old right-sided full-back Adam left Ibrox in the summer, having spent four years with the Glasgow side’s senior squad after coming through the youth set-up.

As well as eight first-team appearances for Rangers, Adam also spent time on loan with Brechin City, Motherwell and Queen’s Park. The 6’3 defender has also represented Scotland at U16, U17, U19 and U21 level.

As he signed on at The Albert Bartlett Stadium, Adam told airdriefc.com: “I’m delighted to be here, and I’m grateful for the opportunity.

“I can’t wait to get started, and I look forward to getting out there to showcase what I can do in front of the fans!”

Head coach Aaron Taylor-Sinclair was pleased to bolster his defensive options.

“Adam brings real quality and energy from the full-back area. After a challenging spell out of the game, he’s fully focused and excited for this opportunity.

“We believe that this is a fresh start for Adam, and we’re confident that he’ll make a big impact.”
