We are delighted to announce that the club have agreed a deal with former Hearts and Hamilton forward Euan Henderson, subject to SFA approval.

The 24-year-old, who can play in a number of attacking positions, will join the Diamonds after leaving Hamilton Academical, where he spent last season after six years at Tynecastle.

Henderson also enjoyed loan spells with Montrose, Alloa Athletic, and Queen’s Park while at Hearts, and is looking forward to continuing his football journey at the Albert Bartlett Stadium.

“I can’t wait to get started – I’m looking forward to settling in and meeting everyone, and I’ll be doing everything I can to help the team climb as high up the table as possible.”

Manager Rhys McCabe was pleased to sign a player he has admired for some time.

“We’ve seen over the years that Euan is a good player who’s dynamic, quick and offers versatility in the forward areas.

“He’s direct and positive, and in our environment that will hopefully bring the best out in him as well as adding to our attacking options.”
