Well known Airdrie fan David Linden is the first to accept our invite to join the newly formed Supporters Steering Group.

As well as being a lifelong supporter of the Diamonds, David is also a prominent member of parliament, and his experience will be valuable when it comes to providing advice and counsel to the group members and the club.

We have been impressed by the response to our request for fans to get take part in this initiative, and we would like to thank everyone who has shown interest in being involved.

We will contact the other applicants following next weekend’s Viaplay Cup fixture against Dumbarton.
