Football Fans in Training is a free 13-week programme that can help you to improve both your physical health and mental wellbeing.

Airdrieonians FC, alongside Airdrie Community Trust, are re-introducing this excellent programme in the new season, based at the Excelsior Stadium.

In order to deliver the programme, we now seek new FFIT coaches. Have you been a participant in FFIT before and want to become a coach, or do you have an interest in getting involved? Full training will be given.
