Everyone at Airdrieonians Football Club would like to wish former manager and chairman Bobby Watson a speedy recovery from his recent illness.

Bobby spent some time in hospital shortly after the Cove Rangers play-off semi-final at the Penny Cars Stadium, and is now back home recovering with the full support of his loyal family.

Bobby is grateful for all the kind messages he has received and would like everyone to know that he has continued to keep a watchful eye on the summer movements of players at the club and is hopeful to be back for our pre-season games.

We look forward to you being back in your seat kicking every ball, Bobby!
