We are pleased to announce that striker Patrick Pyott has extended his stay at Airdrieonians.

The 22-year-old joined the Diamonds from Fauldhouse in 2018, impressing in the reserves and quickly earning a deal with the senior squad.

Having been unfortunate with injuries in the last year, Patrick is eager to add to his two first-team appearances.

He told airdriefc.com: “I’m over the moon to sign a new deal. Absolutely buzzing - I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.

“We’ve got a good manager and good boys in the dressing room, so obviously I’m happy to be staying.

“I’m looking forward to getting back and putting my injuries behind me, I just want to get on with it and hopefully get a good season under my belt.”
