Skipper Sean attends Mental Health course
Club captain Sean Crighton this week took part in a Mental Health Awareness course funded by the SPFL Trust.
As we know, this is an area of health which is often overshadowed in the current climate, but it remains a vitally important aspect of life.
The SPFL Trust are very proactive with such projects, which is very much appreciated.
Sean told airdriefc.com: “I just want to say thanks again to the SPFL Trust, Mark Fleming and the Chris Mitchell Foundation.
“The course was a great initiative to be a part of, and offered a real perspective on mental health in football and sport in general.
“If anyone is suffering, please speak up or contact someone - there are people who can help you through whatever tough time you are facing.”
