We are pleased to announce that defender Kyle MacDonald has signed a new improved deal with the club.

 

Kyle (19) joined from Motherwell in the summer, initially signing a contract with incentive-based clauses.

 

After injury had hampered his start at the club, Kyle has come into the side and performed well, triggering the new deal - which has pleased manager Ian Murray.

 

“Kyle had a tough pre-season, but he’s done really well since coming into the side. For a young player with no previous experience at this level, he’s come in and done a fantastic job and fully merits his new contract.

 

“Hopefully Kyle can keep progressing, and we look forward to watching him do that.”
