For the third year in succession, Airdrie will kick off their Ladbrokes League One season against Forfar Athletic when the Loons visit the Penny Cars Stadium on Saturday, August 3.

 

A trip to face another Angus side, Montrose, follows on August 10.

 

Clyde are the first of the ‘new boys’ to face the Diamonds when the sides meet at the Penny Cars Stadium on August 17, with newly-relegated Falkirk coming to town on August 31.

 

The first visit to League Two champions Peterhead is on October 5.
