For some it’s the most wonderful time of the year. For others with few friends or family around, it can be the opposite. That’s why Airdrie Community Trust in conjunction with Airdrieonians FC and The Penny Cars Stadium are delighted to be running the SPFL Trust's Festive Friends programme.

 

Festive Friends provides a tasty Christmas lunch at the local football club, the means to get there, and most importantly companionship for the elderly and vulnerable.

Our Festive Friends lunch will take place on Thursday, December 5 this year, and we’re proud to have invited the residents of some local retirement homes along to enjoy a tasty lunch and some welcome company and good cheer.
