Pyott puts pen to paper
January 16, 2020
We are pleased to announce that Patrick Pyott has agreed a contract extension which keeps the striker at the club until the end of season 2020/21.
Patrick (20) joined the Diamonds from Fauldhouse in August 2018 and has featured in several first-team squads this season, coming off the bench to make his senior debut against Clyde in December.
Manager Ian Murray told airdriefc.com: “Patrick is a player with great potential.
“We’ve already seen from his reserve appearances that he has an eye for goal, and we’re pleased that he’s extending his stay.”
Meanwhile three more Diamonds youngsters are heading out on loan in a bid to gain valuable first-team experience.
Defenders Jonathan Kavanagh and Scott Walker join midfielder Sam McNee in signing for Maryhill juniors until the end of the season, and all three are in line for a debut this weekend.
