Economic impact report

The SPFL are working with the University of Strathclyde’s Fraser of Allander Institute to create an economic impact report.
Attendances across all four Scottish Professional Football League divisions increased for the fourth consecutive season in 2018/19, as almost 4.5 million supporters turned out to watch their teams.
In order to measure the important and significant contribution that fans of Scotland’s professional football clubs make to the Scottish economy, the SPFL is working with the academics at Strathclyde University’s Fraser of Allander Institute to create an economic impact report.
Alongside the information related to clubs' activities, the SPFL are also seeking information on supporter spending on match days. As such, they are asking supporters to take five minutes to complete the following survey:
Please note that no identifying personal information will be gathered in this survey, all surveys are anonymous and they will only be accessible by the research team at the Fraser of Allander Institute at the University of Strathclyde, and only for the purpose of carrying out this analysis.
