Having already seen off one challenge from South of the Border, Airdrie now face another as we welcome Sutton United to the Penny Cars Stadium in the Irn Bru Cup second round.

A 3-0 win at Berwick Rangers saw the Diamonds safely through to the second round, where the club were this afternoon drawn at home to National League side Sutton.

The South London side, managed by Paul Doswell, will make the trip north of the weekend of September 8th/9th.
