With the reserve league season imminent, the squad's attacking options were bolstered last night by the addition of former Fauldhouse striker Patrick Pyott.

19-year-old Pyott scored in the side's opening pre-season friendly against West Calder on Monday, also featuring against Chester City on Wednesday evening.

Watching as Patrick put pen to paper at the Penny Cars Stadium last night, reserve coach James Grant said: "Pat has impressed the coaching staff in training and over the last two games, chipping in with a goal.

"He has an excellent attitude towards the game, but the hard work starts now!"
