We are delighted to announce that Ryan Conroy has agreed terms on a two-year deal with the club.

Versatile midfielder Ryan, 29, came through the Celtic youth system and made two first-team appearances for the Glasgow club before moving on to Dundee. A spell at Raith Rovers followed, before Conroy returned to Queen of the South last season, having previously spent time on loan there.

Most accustomed to a left-wing role, Ryan is also comfortable in central midfield and at left-back. He goes straight into the squad for tomorrow's friendly against Clyde, and we look forward to seeing him in the Diamond.
