Young St Johnstone striker George Hunter has joined the Club on a Development Loan until January.

Hunter (19) signed for the Saints in January from Spartans, where he enjoyed stunning success in front of goal, netting 34 goals in just 14 matches.

The former Livingston youth player opted for St Johnstone amidst competition from Rangers, Hearts and Hibs, and has previously spent time on loan at Elgin City.

George goes straight into the squad for Saturday's match against Cowdenbeath, and all at the Club are delighted to welcome him to New Broomfield.
