The Club can confirm that we have now completed the ITC Clearance procedures with FC Edmonton in Canada and David Proctor has now officially joined us.

David was previously with us a few years ago on loan, prior to becoming a regular for Inverness in the Premier League and we are delighted he has joined back up with us for the forthcoming season.
