Airdrieonians will face Livingston at New Broomfield in the Scottish League Cup Second Round. The tie is scheduled for Tuesday August 27th or Wednesday August 28th.

Diamonds defender Grant Evans represented the club at today's draw which took place at Hampden Park.

The 23-year-old said: "Being drawn at home always gives you a better chance as we will be performing in front of our own fans.

​

"Livingston will give us a hard game but we've every chance of going through. We will work hard and hopefully get a positive result."
