Stirling Albion match preview

2nd December 2011

AIRDRIE are looking to end a run of six league games without a win at Forthbank Stadium tomorrow.

The Diamonds haven't picked up three points since the 5-2 defeat of Stenhousemuir on Saturday, October 1.

But manager Jimmy Boyle will be hoping his side can build on last weekend's thrilling comeback at home to joint Second Division leaders Arbroath.

At present, Airdrie are five points adrift of the promotion play-off zone with a gap of just a point to Forfar Athletic in the relegation play-off spot.

Jocky Scott's Stirling are currently sitting at the bottom of the table but showed they are capable of delivering good performances when they drew 1-1 at New Broomfield in September.

Boss Boyle welcomes back central defender David Lilley from suspension but winger Ally Woodburn remains on the sidelines with a thigh injury.
